Depending on your preference, sleeve knee braces can be worn inside or over pants. Other hinged knee braces are designed to be worn outside.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
The lifespan varies based on usage frequency and material. Each product undergoes stringent QC testing before leaving our factory. We offer a 180-day warranty for repair or replacement services.

Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
Your health is our priority. If the size is not right, you can follow the procedure to exchange it. If there is a defect in any product, please contact our customer service immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience!
